Problematica: il circuito di riscaldamento va giù di pressione.
Sottolineo che un intervento da 20 minuti ha diagnosticato una presunta foratura del vaso di espansione, con conseguente preventivo di euro 550.00 e diritto e costo di chiamata pari ad euro 50.00 (uno potrà pensare, bhè ma si sono spostati, il tempo, il mezzo, ecc… no… niente di tutto ciò, evidenzio che l’intervento è a circa 50mt dalla loro sede).
Peccato che approfondendo, la problematica, le cose non stanno in quel modo:
La temperatura della caldaia era zero, rabbocco il circuito e dopo un po’ di tempo la pressione scende. Quindi sarebbe il vaso di espansione forato? “ma… per favore”, capisco se fosse andata in temperatura e la pressione fosse schizzata a 3bar, allora si che il vaso di espansione sarebbe stato forato.
Forse sarebbe stato sufficiente guardare i raccordi/boccole dei tubi per capire che un paio di quelli erano allentati e lasciavano trafilare acqua del circuito di riscaldamento, con conseguente abbassamento di pressione.
Che dire… la caldaia non sarà più a norma con le ultime normative, ma interventi del genere lasciano il tempo che trovano. Incompetenza, o mero tentativo di fare sostituire una caldaia con conseguente esborso non indifferente?
Non vi preoccupate, i raccordi verranno sistemati, la caldaia la sostituisco, ma sicuramente NON da voi.

Intervention of 26/11
Problem: the heating circuit goes down in pressure.
I underline that a 20-minute intervention has diagnosed an alleged puncture of the expansion vessel, with a consequent estimate of € 550.00 and a fee and call cost of € 50.00 (one may think, well but they have moved, the time, the means etc ... no ... none of this, I point out that the intervention is about 50m from their headquarters).
Too bad that by delving into the problem, things are not that way:
The boiler temperature was zero, I top up the circuit and after a while the pressure drops. So would the expansion tank be perforated? "But ... please", I understand if it had gone up to temperature and the pressure had jumped to 3bar, then the expansion tank would have been pierced.
Perhaps it would have been enough to look at the fittings / bushings of the pipes to understand that a couple of those were loose and let water seep out of the heating circuit, resulting in a drop in pressure.
What can I say ... the boiler will no longer comply with the latest regulations, but such interventions leave the time they find. Incompetence, or a mere attempt to have a boiler replaced with a consequent considerable outlay?
Don't worry, the fittings will be fixed, the boiler will be replaced, but definitely NOT by you.
