p	pier giorgio bordini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamato in urgenza per riparare caldaia, in 5 minuti ha tolto e rimesso il coperchio, mi ha detto che la caldaia era irreparabile elencando i costosissimi pezzi di ricambio e porgendomi fattura di160,00 euro. il giorno dopo (di domenica) un' altro tecnico mi è venuto a casa per farmi un preventivo per una nuova caldaia. Chiedendomi perché non volessi più riparare quella vecchia, gli ho spiegato quello che era successo il giorno prima con i vari prezzi.. E' rimasto a bocca aperta..si è fatto una grossa risata, e con 50 euro mi ha smontato e riparato la caldaia che ora funziona alla grande. Il call center, che ci ha messo in contatto con quest'impresa, ci aveva chiesto i classici 50 euro per la chiamata. Tutto nella norma se non che, al giorno dell'intervento, il tecnico è arrivato irritato, contrariato per la chiamata, chiedendoci addirittura il perché lo avessimo chiamato anche se non avessimo un'idea chiara sul da farsi (chiariamo che è la mia prima casa acquistata e che non ho mai affrontato lavori del genere, quindi siamo inesperti in queste cose). Dopo aver dato un'occhiata veloce al portone, ha dato subito la sua opinione (la quale prevedeva, nella migliore delle ipotesi, 400 euro di spesa) ed ha detto che non c'era alternativa oltre alle scelte offerte da lui. Il giorno dopo, grazie ad un'altra persona, abbiamo risolto il tutto con un centesimo della spesa perché era solamente da alzare di qualche millimetro grazie a delle rondelle (opzione non ponderata dal primo tecnico perché non era conveniente, a quanto pare per lui). Alla fine della sua chiacchierata (ovviamente, sempre in tono irritato) ci ha chiesto 100 euro, di cui 50 erano per il call center. In pratica, ha preso 50 euro per aver dato la sua opinione sul nulla, oltretutto controvoglia. Ora, mi auguro per quest'impresa che sia capitata l'occasione sbagliata per affrontare un loro tecnico perché, altrimenti, non mi sento di consigliarla nel modo più assoluto. Quando gli ho detto che non avrei accettato e avrei pagato solo la chiamata di 50 euro, ha preteso 150 euro, ricattandomi. Don't call him at all. He is a thief who asks exorbitant prices ..
