big disappointment .!!!!! at my request for intervention 24 hours after the first request for an unserviceable clogged toilet, I was told that there are many emergencies and they did not guarantee intervention within the day. (which was, however, the second !!!) NO WORDS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inizio lavori casa nuova 2009 primi lavori di idraulica iniziati da loro, per X motivi ho finito casa con un'altro idraulico nel 2019 risultato I lavori fatti da questa ditta (spero nel frattempo siano cambiati gli operai) non sono per niente soddisfacenti perché 1 il tubo dell'acqua murato dove ho collegato la caldaia non hanno messo la canapa (risultato ho dovuto rompere il muro) e 2 il tubo di scarico della doccia non so cosa si siano dimenticati perché giù in cantina "piove" ogni volta che facciamo la doccia (in settimana arriva il mio idraulico di fiducia e vediamo cosa hanno combinato)
Start of new house work 2009 first plumbing work started by them, for X reasons I finished home with another plumber in 2019 result The work done by this company (I hope the workers have changed in the meantime) are not at all satisfactory because 1 the wall water pipe where I connected the boiler they didn't put hemp (result I had to break the wall) and 2 the shower drain pipe I don't know what they forgot because down in the cellar it "rains" every time we take a shower (this week my trusted plumber arrives and let's see what they have done)

very bad, first they deny me the quote then for a job of 20 minutes they present me a bill of 140 euros, with a Slovenian plumber I would have paid 40 euros ...
