La persona che mi ha risposto al telefono mi ha detto che era necessario per prima cosa stabilire una visita ed in un secondo tempo l'appuntamento per l'igiene.
Le ho fatto presente il fatto che viviamo lontani, ma non c'è stata nessuna apertura, nessuna volontà a trovare una soluzione, anzi...
Ne sono rimasta molto amareggiata....
