★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voto 8,5 : per bellezza e servizi è la seconda stazione d’italia dopo quella di Milano in fase di ristrutturazione si presenta gia in discrete condizioni e soprattutto hanno allestito un’area commerciale di grande rilievo sia per il comparto shopping sia per quello food .... ottimi brand presenti. alto livello di sicurezza e di gestione del flusso dei passeggeri .
 Rating 8.5: for beauty and services, it is the second station in Italy after Milan in the renovation phase, it is already in fair condition and above all they have set up a commercial area of great importance for both the shopping and the food sectors .... excellent brands present. high level of security and passenger flow management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La stazione centrale di Roma da cui partono praticamente tutti i mezzi per raggiungere i vari punti della capitale. Presenti numerosi punti ristoro e negozi di vario tipo, oltre che svariati sevizi. Se fosse più pulita sarebbe ancora meglio
The central station of Rome from which practically all means depart to reach the various points of the capital. There are numerous refreshment points and shops of various types, as well as various services. If it were cleaner it would be even better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost all trains are delayed by at least half an hour and you don't get to know your gate until 5 minutes before departure.
Signage is a big problem here. Most signs are in Italian language which makes it really difficult for tourists to find the trains and the platforms.
A girl that seemed nice and offered us help to find our platform. We thought oh that's awesome how nice Italians are, and then she asked for 10 Euros. Never seen anything like it in my life. Of course I didn't give her money.
This is the biggest station in Rome and it's hugely understaffed. If there was an info personnel we wouldn't have had to deal with that cheat. Also, people are allowed to smoke near the platforms where they really shouldn't be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ modern station, but check ten times what the employee of the station tells you. We almost missed the plane. A train station employee erroneously advised.

The platforms are seperated from the rest of the station, which is only guarenteed for people with tickets whuch reduce security risks.
With most trains you can also book a ticket online.
