Presenza di una biglietteria con personale spesso propenso a dare informazioni (non sempre) e di una pensilina con un paio di panchine su cui sostare. Contro: mancanza di toilette pubbliche, per cui si fa ricorso sempre ai bar collocati attorno o sotto i portici. Architettura che lascia a desiderare: il palazzone che fa ombra alla piazza deprime e crea l'atmosfera che immagino permeasse la Sarajevo degli anni `90. Tra le altre cose ci dava informazioni sbagliate sulla pista di partenza bus per Benevento. Piazzale sprovvisto di sale di attesa, pensiline senza sedili o sedie. Disagevole per anziani e bambini. Nota positiva gli autisti professionali e gentili.
