Compresa nel prezzo della camera c'è l'ingresso alla piscina termale privata risevata ai clienti dell'hotel, per godersi a pieno un'esperienza di totale relax. Great place, also to go on excursions. Included in the room price is the entrance to the private thermal pool reserved for hotel guests, to fully enjoy an experience of total relaxation.

Mi sembra di avere 10 anni in meno!! Wonderful day spent between the swimming pool with sulphurous water and the skilled hands of the talented Grace in a fantastic relaxing massage !!! I feel like I'm 10 years younger!

Le personnel est désagréable et personne n'est capable de parler anglais ou Français, ce qui est gênant pour un lieu touristique. Bref, joli coin mais qui mérite des prestations plus qualitatives The location is extraordinary but the services (room / spa treatments) are really far below what is charged. The staff are rude and no one is able to speak English or French which is inconvenient for a tourist place. In short, nice corner but which deserves more qualitative services

Dal corridoio si accede alla piscina termale senza prenotazione. Acqua solfurea a 34 gradi per il benessere della pelle e per una nuotata tra le montagne.Prima colazione ricca di frutta fresca, yogurt naturale , dolci ed ottimo caffè. Luogo molto rilassante per passeggiate ossigenanti . I stayed two nights in this historic hotel. First floor room completely renovated and very comfortable. From the corridor you can access the thermal pool without reservation. Sulfur water at 34 degrees for the well-being of the skin and for a swim in the mountains. Breakfast rich in fresh fruit, natural yogurt, sweets and excellent coffee. Very relaxing place for oxygenating walks.
F	Fabio Manfredi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato con la mia ragazza, pacchetto di mezza giornata, 20 euro a testa, nonostante il brutto tempo abbiamo voluto farci il pomeriggio in questa struttura. Difficile trovare l'entrata, personale indisponente e scortese. Arrivati ha iniziato a piovere e il personale ci ha riferito che potevamo stare lo stesso, dopo 15 minuti ha iniziato a tuonare e ci hanno riferito che non potevamo più stare in acqua. "Parco termale", una piscina normalissima con acqua calda e due piscinette sempre normalissime con acqua calda. Abbiamo anche avuto compagnia, diverse formiche e ragni di montagna che ci galleggiavano intorno. Dopo che il personale ha detto di uscire dalla piscina, visto il temporale, siamo andati alla reception e pur di non rimborsare almeno una piccola parte, con molta non chalance, si rivolge a noi dicendo "se aspettate che passa il temporale potete rientrare". Assolutamente non consigliata. I was with my girlfriend, half-day package, 20 euros each, despite the bad weather we wanted to spend the afternoon in this structure. La piscine extérieure est un régal surtout entourée de montagnes en forme de cirque Very warm welcome, a good relaxing stay and a strategic place to go on a hike. Outdoor pool is a treat especially surrounded by circus-shaped mountains

M	Martiszja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not the thermal park. This is a joke. We were there in mid July. Temperature very warm outside and THE ONLY one pool they offer was 34 degrees warm. You can get a heart attack, not a treatment. For 20 euro per person I was expecting more than that! Very dissapoited. Never again.
