★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante le vacanze estive ho avuto il piacere di provare la cucina della braceria di Carpignano Michele a Ginosa. Tavoli all'aperto (all'interno di una corte) carne di buona qualità, prezzi moderati e servizio abbastanza celere. Tra le tre bracerie provate da me e la mia famiglia (tre in totale) posso affermare che si tratta della migliore del paese. Molto soddisfatto e senza dubbio consigliabile
 During the summer holidays I had the pleasure of trying the cuisine of the Carpignano Michele grill in Ginosa. Outside tables (inside a courtyard) good quality meat, moderate prices and fairly fast service. Among the three steakhouses tested by me and my family (three in total) I can say that it is the best in the country. Very satisfied and undoubtedly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Macelleria rosticceria, per i non pugliesi/lucani potrà sembrare strano, ma da noi alcune macellerie hanno anche una brace su cui cucinano la carne che scegli al banco... E che carne. Cotture tutte ottime, carne succosa e "bombette", braciole (al sugo), polpette e tanto altro ad accompagnare. Fortemente consigliato.
Rotisserie butcher, for non-Apulian / Lucanian people it may seem strange, but some butchers also have an embers on which they cook the meat you choose at the counter ... And what meat. All excellent cooking, juicy meat and "bombette", chops (with sauce), meatballs and much more to accompany. Strongly recommended.
