M	Mike F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto bellissimo, sebbene un po' affollato. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo nei servizi e favolosa la ristorazione, sia al ristorante sia al bar a bordo piscine. Beautiful place, albeit a bit crowded. Excellent value for money in services and fabulous catering, both at the restaurant and at the poolside bar.
a	alessandro lerro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto accogliente e elegante....ma per max 100 ospiti, ieri 1/1/2020 ne eravamo almeno 500 un numero inadeguato,lato uomini solo 3 wc e 5 docce xchè una guasta non consigliabile nei festivi anche xchè il coso del biglietto 19€ a persona. Cozy and elegant place .... but for max 100 guests, yesterday 1/1/2020 there were at least 500 an inadequate number, men side only 3 toilets and 5 showers xchè a bad not advisable on holidays even for the price of the ticket 19 € per person.

Offrono prestazioni mediche in convenzione SSN sia a pagamento. L'ingresso è un po' caruccio Spa outside the town of Rapolano, 3 pools with water at various temperatures plus another one reserved for hotel guests. They offer medical services in the SSN convention both for a fee. The entrance is a bit expensive
C	Cristiano Valeriani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magari altri complessi termali avranno vasche più ampie (ad esempio Saturnia) ma un parco verde come questo dove potersi rilassare è eccezionale. Tutto molto curato e pulito. Altro punto estremamente positivo è che nel biglietto di ingresso sono compresi lettini ed ombrellone. Maybe other spa complexes will have larger pools (for example Saturnia) but a green park like this where you can relax is exceptional. All very neat and clean. Another extremely positive point is that the entrance ticket includes sunbeds and umbrella.
N	Nicoletta Valdiserri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare assolutamente in tempi di covid! Ti controllano il GP ma non la temperatura. Distanziamento zero. Spogliatoi da gironi infernali , piccoli, con armadietti organizzati in più “isole” a gruppi di una trentina circa ciascuno attorno ad un mini puff, si fa a gomitate ad ogni ora per potersi cambiare, poche docce e pochissimi bagni per il numero enorme di persone. Nessun ricambio di aria ovviamente. Nel piscina al chiuso dedicata ai frequentatori esterni all’albergo decine e decine di persone stanziali, nessun controllo da parte di inservienti che neanche fanno rispettare l’uso delle mascherine quando ci si muove per i corridoi. Sdrai che vengono usati promiscuamente e non vengono mai disinfettati. Alla faccia delle norme del Ministero! To be avoided absolutely in times of covid! They check your GP but not the temperature. Zero spacing. Changing rooms from infernal circles, small, with lockers organized in several "islands" in groups of about thirty each around a mini puff, elbows every hour to be able to change, few showers and very few bathrooms for the huge number of people . No air change obviously. In the indoor pool dedicated to guests outside the hotel, dozens and dozens of permanent people, no control by attendants who do not even enforce the use of masks when moving through the corridors. Deck chairs that are used promiscuously and are never disinfected. In spite of the Ministry regulations!
m	marcoslasch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo le terme di Chianciano sono arrivato alle terme San Giovanni regolano curate belle piscine all’aperto ed al chiuso quella al chiuso un po’ piccola in confronto a quelle di Chianciano quelle all’aperto un po’ più grandi niente si può paragonare in merito all’acqua qui sicuramente più termale ma un appunto negativo lo devo dare agli spogliatoi piccoli alle docce anch’esse piccole di danno gomitate dappertutto al temporizzatore dell’acqua troppo breve alla temperatura che puuassmiglia ad una doccia emozionale ed ancora alla sala riposo che era fredda più che una sala relax una sala tortura se si doveva stare sdraiati con il costume bagnato addosso mentre stranamente la sala relax dedicata a chi aveva la camera era calda ... chissà come mai ??? Vogliamo dare la colpa al Covid ?
