β β β β β I made a reservation for me and three of my friends for the Thermal Oasis Spa Package and we had one of the worst experiences with customer service yet in Italy. We were so excited to visit this spa and relax, but instead we were treated rudely and ripped off.
First of all, when we arrived we were told that the sauna was not working and that the Turkish bath might also not be working. If these are the two facilities they knew we had a reservation for, why didn't we receive an email or phone call to let us know in advance before we spent an hour on the train to get there?
Second, we had to ask THREE times if they knew how long it would be until we knew for sure if the Turkish bath would be available until the receptionist upstairs finally went to check and gave us an answer.
Also, we had all of these interactions in Italian because even though they knew we spoke English, they never offered to help us in English.
Our spa package cost 25 euro and included the sauna, the Turkish bath, and a light lunch. The receptionist offered us a 50% discount since we were not using the sauna, so we should have paid 12,50 euro. So, the Turkish bath would come out to half of the original price of 13 euro but then they said we would have to pay 10 euro for the light lunch separately. So, we were actually paying 6,50 euro plus 10 euro for a light lunch that WAS SUPPOSED TO BE INCLUDED WITH THE PACKAGE. It came out to 16,50 euro. They did not even stay true to their offer of giving us a 50% discount for the inconvenience. We opted not to purchase the light lunch because we realized we were being ripped off. It's simple math. Originally, the sauna and the bath come out to 13 euro. Lunch costs 10. That's 23 euro. SO WHY WERE WE BEING CHARGED 25 EURO TO BEGIN WITH. Also, during this conversation, the receptionist said, "O questo o niente." Basically, she said either we could take that offer, or we could leave.
Then, we found out we were misled by the PDF that lists the spa treatment options because thermal waters offered with the Turkish bath are really only a regular shower. We originally thought we were going to get to enjoy a thermal bath in hot spring water, so before we used the Turkish bath, we asked if we could switch our treatment to what we thought we had signed up for. The receptionist said it was impossible and then rudely said, "A refund is not available." I had not even asked for a refund. I was only asking if we could switch the treatment because we had been misled by the PDF.
We changed back into our clothes and asked to speak to the manager before we left. However, we also left without speaking to the manager because the "receptionist" who treated us so poorly was actually the manager. There was no point in talking to her. If that's how the manager will treat you, I don't want to know what kind of services you'll receive at this place.
Overall, this place is a rip-off with awful customer service. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. Don't waste your time or money going here.

β β β β β Not up to scratch. Only one of the two water fountains was working, as one of the old ladies frequenting the pool, this has been like this for awhile. Hydrobike has green stuff at the bottom as did some of the floats available at the pool. For 13 euros entrance I would have hoped to find at least some soap in the showers. Must have been nice 30 years ago. Itβs not anymore.

β β β β β Looks lovely. Treatments ok. Prices are very high for what you get. And the place is not secure. My partner locked his phone and wallet away and i double checked the locker door, we had our treatments then returned to find they had been stolen. The staff were not helpful. There is no cctv anywhere. I do not trust the staff there and neither do the local police. I cannot say for certain it was the staff as that would be slander but I strongly believe that it was. Never set foot inside this place again. Wouldn't recommend it.

β β β β β Far too expensive for the quality of massages and services. My wife and I each got a massage that was more like oil being rubbed on your body rather than any massage or muscle relief whatsoever.
Zero benefit really, but felt kind of nice. I'd rather have any of the previous massages I've ever had before rather than paying for this one again.

β β β β β Service is good.
But the address on the website is not fully correct.
By that address is only some part with water or administration.
The actual swimming pool and SPA center are located viale Gugliemo Marconi
