Già all'ingresso si percepiscono cattive sensazioni, dal personale alla reception che fuma ovunque dando già di sé poca professionalità. Pavimento che in teoria doveva essere lucido oramai diventato matto dallo sporco, stessa cosa vale per le stanze, tende sporchissime. Arriviamo ora al centro Spa, a scarso personale , persone accoglienti ma con la struttura che si ritrovano e per quanto è trascurata loro possono farci ben poco, se non cercare di mantenere al meglio l'armonia del cliente. Una piscina allo zolfo, che di tutto sa tranne che di naturale, lettini sporchissimi, tanto che abbiamo poggiato tutto sugli zaini dopo aver pulito una mini panchina. Di 4 stelle o di 3 st albergo non ha niente, se proprio possiamo definirlo un albergo! You can not leave fewer stars, otherwise with pleasure. Floor that in theory had to be shiny by now gone mad by dirt, same thing goes for the rooms, very dirty curtains. We now arrive at the Spa center, with few staff, welcoming people but with the structure that they find themselves and as much as it is neglected they can do very little with it, if not trying to keep the customer's harmony as best as possible. A sulfur pool, which knows everything except natural, very dirty beds, so much so that we placed everything on our backpacks after cleaning a mini bench. A 4-star or 3-star hotel has nothing, if we can really call it a hotel!

La temperatura di tutti gli ambienti era davvero molto fredda, gli spogliatoi molto piccoli con a disposizione un solo asciugacapelli degli anni '80. La stanza del sale è una stanza fredda con nessun confort e con del sale a terra. In pratica appena si esce dalla unica piscina si soffre dal freddo in tutti gli ambienti della struttura. Unica nota positiva è stato il massaggio in quanto è stato piacevole e ben fatto. Not a pleasant experience. A colazioni buonissimo il cornetto ma lascia a desiderare tutto il resto Tutto il personale è accogliente e a disposizione del cliente. L'unica nota positiva a 5 stelle è il massaggio fatto da CINZIA, con professionalità e dolcezza, in 20 minuti mi ha rigenerato, lo rifarei tutti i giorni.... Experience not to be repeated. Dont expect any wellness experience the advertisment suggests and be ready to wear a swim cap in pools or buy it at the place.
