★ ★ ★ ★ ★ arrivato nell'ufficio chiuso x tutta la mattinata x assemblea.nel 2020 ancora nel pubblico assistere a queste cose fanno pensare , io lavoravo nel privato e le assemblee si facevano fuori orari di lavoro e cmq si continuava a dare il servizio minimo , nel pubblico che dovrebbe essere di esempio continuano con questo lassismo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto solo una stella. In primis male organizzati negli appuntamenti. Poi per fare la dichiarazione dell' Isee ogni anno trovano sempre dei problemi! Porti certe documentazioni che servono credi che registrano nella loro banca dati ma poi in un secondo momento a loro risulta più niente... Allora qui c'è qualcosa che non va, fanno passare il cliente per un povero deficiente, in più se a loro manca qualcosa cioè documenti che poi non gli serviranno?! Ti faranno girare avanti indietro inutilmente. Sono 6 anni che ci vado ma adesso la pazienza e la fiducia sta terminando!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficile dare un giudizio senza essere offensivi, molto fastidiosa la mancanza totale di umiltà e responsabilità delle impiegate palesemente in errore che nella loro stupidità non riescono ad ammettere di aver sbagliato a comunicare l'orario di appuntamento(ti mandano anche una mail di conferma), si salva solo il centralino che è in evidente difficoltà perché deve relazionarsi con le impiegate di teorema che probabilmente hanno un Q.I. pari a quello degli uomini di Cromagnon! servizio gratuito offerto non è all'altezza della spesa e vorrei essere ironico ma è proprio così! Mi chiedo quanto percepiscono di stipendio, comunque troppo!

Per quanto riguarda il resto non ho mai avuto problemi, alle telefonate rispondono spesso (se non succede è perché non possono rispondere per vari motivi, può essere che ci sia troppa gente e quindi non è semplice gestire tutto, mettetevi nei loro panni).
Sugli appuntamenti nulla da ridire.
Magari gli orari dovrebbero essere più chiari perché non ci si capisce un granché.
