Mi reco di persona, attendo con pazienza il mio turno e dopo mezz'ora mi viene detto che nn hanno tempo per dare gli appuntamenti e che devo aspettare che "forse" viene una collega nei momenti liberi e provvede a dare gli appuntamenti. Arriva una collega , toglie il numeratore per il pubblico, fa un giro nell'ufficio di se ne va. Richiamo il giorno seguente, mi viene assicurato che oggi si possono prendere appuntamenti, quindi, di corsa e appena possibile mi reco agli uffici e..idem, come il giorno prima. U a vera e propria presa in giro. Non crediate che il pubblico nn abbia niente da fare. C'è chi prende i permessi per venire da voi. Serietà zero.
