★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati ieri sera per un aperitivo: accolti all'ingresso da un climatizzatore il cui filtro è letteralmente oscurato dalla polvere (ndr. è il risultato di una inadeguata pulizia... evviva l'igiene, come se non bastasse il resto!), lo abbiamo fatto notare al banconista e abbiamo comunque ordinato al banco (buona scelta di gin), pagato e dopo aver chiesto per un tavolo all'esterno ci è stato risposto di accomodarci in un tavolo non prenotato "dove c'è posto". Usciti dal locale, abbiamo trovato sui tanti tavoli liberi il biglietto "riservato ore 19:30" e visto che erano le 20:55 con un po' di "fai da te" abbiamo spostato un biglietto e ci siamo seduti. Dopo un po' ci hanno servito le bevande ordinate senza, in armonia con il resto, pulire né il tavolo e neppure il posacenere. Al banco, insieme agli aperitivi, avevamo gentilmente chiesto "2 stuzzichini da aperitivo" che... non sono mai arrivati. E ora gli aperitivi: 1 gin lemon fatto con un gin siciliano speziato (niente di che ma ci sta) e 1 americano che gridava vendetta in una lingua che non ho riconosciuto... con enorme gentilezza preferisco non definirlo a causa della scadente qualità degli ingredienti (non riconoscibili). Non abbiamo terminato gli aperitivi e dopo 20 minuti ce ne siamo andati. Riassumendo: Igiene 0 + Accoglienza 1 + Organizzazione 0 + Servizio 0 + Aperitivi 1 = totale 2 stelline ampiamente meritate. Bravi e mi raccomando... continuate così !
 We were last night for an aperitif: greeted at the entrance by an air conditioner whose filter is literally obscured by dust (editor's note is the result of inadequate cleaning ... long live hygiene, as if the rest were not enough!), we pointed this out to the counter and we still ordered at the counter (good choice of gin), paid and after asking for a table outside we were told to sit at a table not reserved "where there is room". Leaving the room, we found the "reserved at 19:30" ticket on the many free tables and since it was 20:55 with a little "do it yourself" we moved a ticket and sat down. After a while they served us the ordered drinks without, in keeping with the rest, cleaning neither the table nor the ashtray. At the counter, along with the aperitifs, we had kindly asked for "2 appetizer snacks" which ... never arrived. And now the aperitifs: 1 gin lemon made with a spicy Sicilian gin (nothing special but there is) and 1 American who shouted revenge in a language that I did not recognize ... with enormous kindness I prefer not to define it because of the poor quality of the ingredients (not recognizable). We didn't finish the aperitifs and after 20 minutes we left. In summary: Hygiene 0 + Hospitality 1 + Organization 0 + Service 0 + Aperitifs 1 = total 2 stars well deserved. Well done and please ... keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ...ci siamo fermati in questo locale "Teodora caffè" a Ravenna...solamente per un aperitivo veloce...perchè poi avevamo subito la cena in un locale li' vicino!!...ci siamo seduti a un tavolino all'aperto!!..locale tranquillo in centro storico con personale disponibile e gentile!!!...
... we stopped in this place "Teodora caffè" in Ravenna ... just for a quick aperitif ... because then we immediately had dinner in a place nearby !! ... we sat at a table outside 'open !! .. Quiet place in the historic center with helpful and kind staff !!! ...
