★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to a number of vineyards in Europe and South Africa and Tenute Ugolini is breathtaking place. Everything here is designed and made with excellent taste of the owner and with perfection. Wine itself is done the same way - so good taste and perfect quality. If you ever arrive to this region of Italy and you like quality wines, this place is definitely the one you must visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great wine tasting hosted by a young lady (family member - studying in Milan) who was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and educational about the 5 Ugolini vineyards/wines. The tasting was at the villa/vineyard which is meticulously kept and an awesome setting - very old and traditional Italian architecture that has been restored and is beautiful. The wines were paired with cheeses and biscotties for the desert wine. Both the wines and tasting experience were great and a must for anyone in the region that is into wine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend the wine tasting when you're more experienced with wine tastings. The host was mainly busy with other things and was mostly absent. I missed the explanation of the wines, what you taste and smell.In addition, the snacks were not complementary to the wines that are served. Ok it did not cost much and I think if you have little experience with wines, this is a great tasting. It did not feel passionate and there was to little love for the guest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenute Ugolini is a stunning spot. We were delighted with the tour, Maria was a fantastic host with excellent knowledge of Valpolicella and beyond. We had the pleasure of bumping into Giambattista who was charming and generous. A short drive from Verona and Garda - highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We decided to spend a more relaxed day in the surroundings of Valpolicella and we ended up in this nice winery. Without an appointment we were told to wait but then a nice young guy called Riccardo guided us into the history of the winery and the types of wine produced there. To complete the tour we had wine tasting. We were able to taste the five types of wine produced there (being some of them organics). We were offered as well cheese and salame produced in the area. It was a beautiful experience, the wine and landscape together. 100% recommendable!
