Una filosofia di viticultura sostenibile e profondo rispetto della tradizione!!! Il risultato è un valpolicella classico fatto a regola d'arte con una struttura che non ti aspetti!!! Se queste sono le premesse aspettiamo con ansia la commercializzazione del ripasso e dell'amarone che sono in affinamento in cantina!!! La passione vi porterà molto lontano.... A surprise this new winery that has very ancient roots !! Only two wines per hour, a white from Trebbiano grapes and a classic Valpolicella. A philosophy of sustainable viticulture and deep respect for tradition !!! The result is a classic valpolicella made to perfection with a structure that you don't expect !!! Il ragazzo ci ha accolti come degli amici di famiglia, ci ha spiegati tutta la storia della sua terra e ci ha fatti assaggiare la sua selezione di vini. Ci ha fatto passare delle ore stupende e inutile aggiungere che abbiamo portato a casa un po di bottiglie buonissime e dell'olio sempre fatto da lui da provare!! Consigliatissimo Without expectations and without an appointment we came here by chance. The boy welcomed us like family friends, explained the whole history of his land and made us taste his selection of wines. He made us spend some wonderful hours and it is useless to add that we brought home some very good bottles and oil always made by him to try! Highly recommended
