Il vino bianco è molto gradevole al palato, gustato fresco accompagna benissimo i piatti di pesce. Excellent food and wine products. Superior quality extra virgin olive oil, bitter and spicy taste with hints of grass and artichoke. The white wine is very pleasant on the palate, when tasted fresh it goes very well with fish dishes.

Vale la pena fare una deviazione dall'autostrada per venire ad assaggiare e acquistare il suo ottimo olio e i suoi ottimi vini. In particolare siamo andati al Frantoio, l'unico biologico di questa zona, e già come benvenuto dal piazzale privato antistante si gode una vista mozzafiato. Il proprietario è un giovane imprenditore che potrei definire "con il cuore del sud e la mente del nord" - da cui traspare l'amore per questo bellissimo territorio e il desiderio di contribuire a renderlo migliore -che con determinazione e intraprendenza, e direi anche coraggio, ha sviluppato i talenti paterni con produzioni di olio e vino, che consiglio vivamente, che raggiungono ogni parte d'Italia e d'Europa. In Saracena (CS) discovering this company, with strictly organic products, was a really pleasant surprise. It is worth taking a detour from the highway to come and taste and buy its excellent oil and fine wines. In particular, we went to the Frantoio, the only organic one in this area, and already as a welcome from the private square in front you can enjoy a breathtaking view. The owner is a young entrepreneur who I could define "with the heart of the south and the mind of the north" - from which the love for this beautiful territory and the desire to contribute to making it better - that with determination and resourcefulness, and I would say also courage, he developed his paternal talents with oil and wine productions, which I highly recommend, which reach every part of Italy and Europe.
