Piscina ornamentale non messa in sicurezza con bambini piccoli costantemente nelle sue vicinanze (non basta affidarsi a genitori o animatori per scongiurare tragedie, le potenziali fonti di pericolo devono essere arginate dal responsabile dei luoghi e delle strutture per cui si paga un affitto), tavoli a ridosso del cancello, proprietaria per nulla cordiale, al limite dell'antipatia. Di recente durante una festa all'aperto ci ha colto la pioggia e siamo stati costretti a rifugiarci a decine dentro un salone (in tempi di Covid nulla di peggiore), peraltro restando ammassati a sudare data la afosissima serata (nonostante la pioggia la temperatura era molto alta), poiché al muro sono apposti condizionatori ornamentali quanto la piscina, non funzionanti e con cavo penzolante. Per consigliare una location non serve solo che sia bella, perché di belle ce ne sono a migliaia: per fare la differenza serve in primis saper accogliere il cliente con comfort e cortesia. Sconsiglio (anche date le per nulla modeste, e a questo punto aggiungerei ingiustificate, richieste del compenso). Unsafe ornamental pool with small children constantly in its vicinity (it is not enough to rely on parents or animators to avoid tragedies, the potential sources of danger must be stemmed by the person in charge of the places and structures for which rent is paid), tables at close to the gate, owner who is not at all friendly, bordering on antipathy. Recently, during an outdoor party, the rain caught us and we were forced to take refuge by dozens in a living room (in times of Covid nothing worse), however, remaining massed to sweat given the very sultry evening (despite the rain, the temperature was very high), since ornamental air conditioners like the swimming pool are affixed to the wall, not working and with dangling cable. To recommend a location you don't just need to be beautiful, because there are thousands of them: to make a difference you first need to know how to welcome the customer with comfort and courtesy. I do not recommend (even given the not at all modest, and at this point I would add unjustified, requests for compensation).

Tipica abitazione di campagna, è inserita in un appezzamento di terreno con diversi alberi di ulivo e da frutta. L'accoglienza è ottima, il parcheggio è privato e abbastanza comodo, la posizione, rispetto a Molfetta, non è il massimo ma con una bella camminata si può raggiungere lo stesso! Ottimo il confort all'interno, e giusto il prezzo; un attaccapanni, un porta sapone nella doccia e un attacca accappatoio nel bagno per raggiungere la quinta stella! Newly built house, very well made and welcoming. Typical country house, it is set in a plot of land with several olive and fruit trees. The welcome is excellent, the parking is private and quite convenient, the location, compared to Molfetta, is not the best but with a nice walk you can reach the same! The comfort inside is excellent, and the price is right; a hanger, a soap holder in the shower and a robe hanger in the bathroom to reach the fifth star!
