Ho prenotato un appuntamento per il lavaggio del mio cane mi presento e dicono che manca la ragazza è mi hanno informato , al che ho mostrato il mio cell ed ho dimostrato di non essere stato avvisato allora iniziano a negare che gli avevo chiamati e allora gli dimostrato ancora il mio cell e il loro cell dove c'erano le chiamate della prenotazione . Che tiristezza negare e dare del falso ad un cliente ,cmq le chiamte dimostrate sono chiare. Un cliente in meno
 A total disappointment and lack of professionalism. I booked an appointment for my dog's washing, I introduce myself and they say that the girl is missing and they informed me, to which I showed my cell and I showed I hadn't been warned then they begin to deny that I had called them and then showed them still my cell and their cell where there were reservation calls. What a pitying to deny and falsify a customer, anyway the calls shown are clear. One less customer
