I always come back with pleasure to this structure because they always use the same products but with excellent workmanship, from focaccia, to appetizers with excellent preserved garlic, to ricotta up to sweet cannoli.

E la ricotta calda appena "sfornata" è un capolavoro. Consigliatissimo! A magical place surrounded by greenery, to be enjoyed at sunset while enjoying the delights of the typical local cuisine. And the freshly baked hot ricotta is a masterpiece. Highly recommended!

Menu da agriturismo tipo di queste parti, ottima la ricotta calda da prendere obbligatoriamente con il siero in cui inzuppare il pane di pasta dura appena sfornato. Occorre solo fare attenzione alle indicazioni errate se si utilizza Google Maps. Beautiful panorama, welcoming and well-kept facility, friendly and helpful managers. Farm menu type of these parts, excellent hot ricotta to be taken with the whey in which to soak the freshly baked hard dough bread. You just need to beware of incorrect directions if you are using Google Maps.

Una volta raggiunto il parcheggio, ampio e comodo, si ha la visuale sui Monti Iblei. Posto molto caratteristico, personale gentile e disponibile. Portate generose e vino di casa molto buono. Apprezzato molto l'angolo con gli animali, un divertimento per i più piccoli??????. The road to reach the restaurant is unpaved and seems to never end, a little too unpaved?‍♂️?‍♂️. Once you reach the large and comfortable car park, you have a view of the Iblei Mountains. Very quaint place, friendly and helpful staff. Generous courses and very good house wine. Very much appreciated the corner with the animals, a fun for the little ones??????.

Si mangia benissimo, il cibo fresco, la ricotta e i formaggi che producono loro stessi buonissimi!! Insomma si mangia bene, il personale che ci lavora e molto cordiale e disponibile, i prezzi molto buoni!! Tutto ottimo, sincero, fatto in casa, abbondante... accompagnato da dell'ottimo vino (che tantissime volte si trascura)... tutto a Km 0. Sala pulitissima e servizio eccellente. Ci sono stato 2 volte in un mese e ci tornerò presto. Farmhouse? More ... a restaurant in the open countryside. All excellent, sincere, homemade, abundant ... accompanied by excellent wine (which is often neglected) ... all at Km 0. Spotless room and excellent service. I have been there 2 times in a month and will be back soon.
