Celebration of Gabrielo & Laura's wedding day on 6 Ottobre 2019. An absolutely amazing experience.

The Location itself is stunning. We did celebrate our own wedding there and were happy with our choice. The food is absolutely amazing! We decided on a vegan menu and it was just truly the best food we ever had. All of our guests loved it too. The staff is very friendly and takes good care of all the guests. The downside and the reason why I can only give 3 stars is the coordinator of the location. I have never experiences such an unprofessional person before. As we're not living in Italy and it was a destination wedding we expected much more and better communication. We got contacted 3 weeks before our wedding day regarding 'wedding packages' in an E-Mail that got sent out simply to everyone that also got married in this time period and I guess the coordinator never heard of sending E-Mails in blind copy. For a high class venue the service should be personalized and every coordinator needs to know that a destination wedding is not planned only 3 weeks in advance. Neethless to say that we organized our wedding day ourselfs way before that and are very happy we dindn't rely on that person. Just two out of many examples I could tell: On the day of the wedding as I arrived at the location to get ready no one was welcoming us. This is the job of a good coordinator. To be there and to organize. Our friends wanted to show a presentation they prepared for our day but even though they contacted informed the coordinator before nothing was there. In the end one of our friends simply grabbed some bedsheets from upstairs to make it happen. Communication is only available in Italian so pretty difficult for a destination wedding. So if you're planning your wedding at tenuta just hire another wedding coordinator or a planner who you can rely on and relax on your big day. Thanks to other people who really helped us like our photographer, our florist and the chef it was an amazing day!
