★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo passato una settimana in questo albergo e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il personale è stato molto cortese e disponibile. Fabio e suoi colleghi hanno fatto di tutto per rendere questo soggiorno gradevole. La cucina eccezionale con dei piatti tipici regionali. Lo consigliamo vivamente e sicuramente ci torneremo.
 We spent a week in this hotel and had a great time. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Fabio and his colleagues went out of their way to make this stay enjoyable. Exceptional cuisine with typical regional dishes. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ESPERIENZA PESSIMA ! Abbiamo inviato una caparra per festeggiare il veglione di capodanno più il pranzo di giorno 1 .
Noi eravamo intenzionati ad andare perché se no avremmo perso la caparra , come da contratto ! anche senza possibilità di poter festeggiare “normalmente “ con l’intenzione di fare un capodanno in sicurezza e in tranquillità , solo 6 persone . Ma ci hanno detto che avrebbero chiuso ,che avrebbero restituito senza problemi la caparra perché tutto annullato .
Abbiamo inviato le coordinate bancarie con la premessa che ci avrebbero restituito i soldi subito .
Non solo questi soldi non sono mai arrivati , non abbiamo ricevuto nessun voucher .Quando chiamiamo ci dicono che a breve faranno il bonifico
Ora non rispondono più al telefono e appena sentono che siamo noi , ci sbattono il telefono in faccia . Per cui ci siamo ritrovati costretti a prendere provvedimenti legali!
In quanto sono stati sleali , scorretti e disonesti . SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE questo hotel perché la serietà e correttezza è pari a Zero . Se il buongiorno si vede dal mattino… la fregatura è dietro l’angolo ! Mi sento di dire : A MAI PIÙ!!!
BAD EXPERIENCE! We sent a deposit to celebrate New Year's Eve plus lunch on day 1.
We were willing to go because otherwise we would have lost the deposit, as per the contract! even without the possibility of being able to celebrate "normally" with the intention of celebrating a New Year's Eve in safety and tranquility, only 6 people. But they told us that they would close, that they would have returned the deposit without problems because everything was canceled.
We sent the bank details under the premise that they would give us the money back right away.
Not only did this money never arrive, we did not receive any vouchers. When we call they tell us that they will make the transfer shortly
Now they no longer answer the phone and as soon as they hear it's us, they slam the phone in our face. So we found ourselves forced to take legal action!
As they have been unfair, unfair and dishonest. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND this hotel because the seriousness and fairness is equal to Zero. If a good day starts in the morning ... the catch is just around the corner! I feel like saying: NEVER AGAIN !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My stay with Hotel Gullo was marvelous. The staff are very hospitable, attending to every need promptly. The beds are comfortable and there are lots of amenities beyond the AC in the room, such as a strong WIFI connection everywhere in the hotel, a gorgeous pool, full bar and excellent recommended taxi service! I have to compliment the staff on being so accommodating with our group and putting us all side by side on the first level. Thank you Anna and everyone for making the stay so warm and welcoming.
