Quite disappointed with this hotel. Uncomfortable bed, loud aircon that didn’t seem able to cool down the room throughout the night. Also got charged €20 per night supplement for the dog which was not mentioned anywhere when booking the room. On a more positive side, the breakfast was nice. Still, definitely not coming back.

A very nice hotel with a very impressive spa area (almost ‘too’ large for the size of hotel). The service was fantastic helping us store wine and had great breakfast. The only problem is getting there: the road up to the hotel is very very bumpy since the dirt road has not been cared for in a long time. This really should be fixed

We came for a relaxing and unique experience on our last day of holidays and got the exact opposite. This place lacks hospitality. The staff and management don't know how to handle situations and they make mistakes and omit information. They will try to overcharge you for many things. The quality is substandard. When we arrived we asked for room service but were told they are very busy and so this will take more than an hour and that to make it easier we should come to the restaurant instead. So we do and when we get there the waiter tells us arrogantly that for this time they will allow us to order something from the room service menu - as if they were doing us a favour. Then the spa - you can only use the spa 4 hours consecutively (this is omitted from their website). When I received the confirmation of my booking and they sent a message specifying that this needed to be consecutively, we asked if it was possible to do 2 hours one day and 2 hours the next but were straight away declined. We thought about getting massages but they only do it in the afternoon so they said they could do it during our 4 hour spa time or the next day in the afternoon. As we had only booked for one night we said we would think about it and possibly pay extra to pay for the spa the next day so that we could get the massages. However, when we entered the spa, that's when they decided to tell us that they have closed their sauna and hammam for COVID reasons so only the pools are open. When you point it out to them, they say that in the website, it is written "following the Italian decree" but the decree says you can keep open sauna and hammam as long as you do it under reservation and you clean it. So they specifically omit information to lure customers. The spa manager approached us after we spoke to the receptionist and offered us one free cup of Himalayan salts scrub used in the hammam to probably "calm us" which we thought ridiculous and not sure how to take that. When we left the spa and spoke to the receptionist again, they reminded us that they gave us some salts - I was dumbfounded. We obviously did not pay for an extra spa day or the massages. As for the pools, they are not that "interesting". They have the usual jets but the pressure isn't that great and the whirlpool was not hot enough. Their walking cold to hot pool was neither cold enough or hot enough. The atmosphere is like being in a normal hotel swimming pool. The restaurant is substandard and fraud (made us pay 70 euros for 4 glasses of wine paired with our dishes of their cheapest wine that cost 20 euros per bottle). To add to injury the hotel room, although it was nice - the bath stopper didn't work so you could not have bath and one of the spoons provided was dirty (super gross). Also, they put two beds together and call it a double bed. For an eco friendly hotel, they use capsule machines. The mini bar is over priced and tea facilities not provided. We were told management would be there on check out but they were not which says alot about how much they care about their guests (maybe we were too lowly as we were paying only for a standard room so not worth their time).

It is a really nice hotel with large rooms and it is located in a very beautiful surrounding. The food is also very delicious but the service was quite bad. We had to wait 30min for the à la carte breakfast. You have to pay extra for orange juice and the variety was even smaller than in the 3*** hotel we stayed before! Furthermore we had to pay 50€ per person for the spa where 3 of 4 saunas were closed, just one person could go to the whirl pool and the swimming pool was too cold. This is an isolence! I have never paid 50€ for a spa anywhere. Many people working in the service are not even speaking Englisch or any orher language than German which made it complicated and effortful. I would not go to this hotel again.

+ very nice location with magnificent views + we had a very nice dinner, excellent cuisine with local products and friendly staff - if you do not book directly you are a "second class" guest and you have to pay for the SPA. (although nowhere noted on the partner web site) - When informing the reception and the manager about this, they pushed all the responsibility away to a "difficult communication with the partner" and offered only a low discount on the spa entry. They even reacted, as if this was a new issue (after checking further reviews on the partner site, I found out that many clients have complained about this) - Only one Sauna is open in the SPA because of covid, still, the hotel expects you to pay the full entrance fee. (50 EUR p/p) - booking was with breakfast included but you get only a minimal breakfast (e.g. only one coffee). Additionally, for plates, like a simple omlette, you have to pay extra. Money first, instead of client first....

I am very glad that I did not stay at this hotel. The way they acted is contrary to all hospitality standards in any country. The manager (refused to give her name) reacted to our situation without understanding. For medical reasons, I am unable to vaccinate. After many attempts to explain this, we left to come back after the necessary test. That was clearly stated before leaving. I want to draw your attention to the fact, that it was late evening, the hotel is in absolute isolation with very bad roads around. When we found the test site, I called the hotel to clarify what test they needed, they lied that my husband had canceled the reservation. The hotel looks beautiful on the pictures, but do not waste your time, and most importantly, energy to stop. All you get is an unpleasant feeling that comes after communicating with toxic people. If the forest is truly magical and bio energetic, I'm sure it will soon get rid of this hotel’s greedy presence. Lots of love

Experience the peace and real relaxation ? The staffs are all polite and friendly. You can not asked for more starting your day with a good breakfast and nice service and a morning of "coccole" cuddling H2O for your back pain??. A 15 min stay in a hot sauna that takes aways your cervical pain and a warm tisana to hydrate. And a splash of water falls on your back for an ultimate back massage....

Terrible hotel - do not stay here! Potentially the worst hotel we stayed at in our 2 week holiday around Italy! Staff incredibly rude, unhelpful and unresponsive! They try and charge for everything - complimentary breakfast includes scrambled eggs, but for an omelette you have to pay extra. No water or juice provided without paying extra too! Only shampoo provided in the room - no conditioner, body lotion or body gel. Spa is charged extra at €50 per person even if you only want to use for 1 hour. Italy is full of such nice hotels and people - do not waste your money here, as you will not receive good value for money. A real shame because the hotel looks nice in the photos, but do not be fooled, as ruined by stingy management.
