Comprato un Venerdi, aperto il sabato per un regalo, manco il tempo d indossarlo e si è rotto.
Lo porto indietro, e pur avendo la garanzia i propietari hanno fatto storie. In più l ho lasciato li, il proprietario mi ha detto che l avrebbe mandato in riparazione.
Torno dopo una settimana e il bracciale era soltanto stato saldato da loro! Vergognosi
Ora mi ritrovo con il bracciale di nuovo rotto.

Bought a Friday, open on Saturday for a gift, I don't have time to wear it and it broke.
I take it back, and despite having the guarantee, the owners have made stories. Plus I left it there, the owner told me he would send it for repair.
I'll be back after a week and the bracelet had only been soldered by them! shameful
Now I find myself with the bracelet broken again.

We went to this jewelry store this morning to purchase a Vittoria watch and Paolo the owners welcomed us with courtesy and professionalism, I came out satisfied I highly recommend everyone to go and visit it.
