Cose che capitano, non fosse che per ! 4 mesi ! ho provato a farmelo sistemare vedendomi sempre posticipato, infine non é più venuto nessuno. Servizio post vendita pari a 0 fate attenzione. I had a new waxed sheet installed, paid dearly and it was mounted loosely, every time it rained, pockets of water stagnated. Things that happen, if only for! 4 months ! I tried to make me fix it always seeing me postponed, finally nobody came anymore. 0 after sales service be careful.

Neanche darmi informazioni nonostante avessi misure, ecc....mi ha "liquidato" in modo poco professionale come se fossi all'oscuro di certe procedure.... G	Gianpietro Tomasella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i primi di ottobre li ho contattati per ordinare un avvolgibile in alluminio che mi si era danneggiato. Oltre che aver fornito misure del foro, marca, codice del modello, codice del colore ecc ecc ho portato loro 4 stecche dell'avvolgibile vecchio, in modo non ci potessero essere dubbi in fase di ordine. Confermo il preventivo (non certo economico) per fornitura più montaggio: nn essendo del mestiere ed essendo la persiana elettrificata volevo fosse un tecnico a fare il montaggio e le regolazioni del caso. I primi di dicembre li chiamo non avendo piu avuto loro notizie.. mi confermano che in qualche giorno avrebbero chiuso il lavoro. Ebbene arriva il tecnico e si rende conto che l'avvolgibile nuovo non è compatibile: le stecche fanno 12 millimetri di spessore anzichè 8 e non passa nelle guide. Sulle prime hanno addirittura cercato di dire che era colpa mia perchè non avevo fornito le misure giuste!!! Ripeto: il problema non era ne l'altezza del foro ne la larghezza, ma lo spessore delle stecche di cui AVEVANO UN CAMPIONE! Dopo mail di sollecito per capire come avrebbero risolto la cosa, sono costretto a rivolgermi altrove perchè non rispondono neppure alle mail. Mai vista una cosa del genere! e per fortuna che c'è crisi! (purtroppo non si possono mettere zero stelle: questo è l'unico motivo per cui ne ho messa una) I contacted them in early October to order an aluminum roller shutter that was damaged. At first they even tried to say that it was my fault because I hadn't provided the right measurements !!! I repeat: the problem was neither the height of the hole nor the width, but the thickness of the slats they HAD A SAMPLE! After reminder emails to understand how they would have solved it, I am forced to go elsewhere because they do not even reply to the emails. Never seen such a thing! and fortunately there is a crisis! (unfortunately you cannot put zero stars: this is the only reason why I put one)
