Premessa: da circa sei mesi ho problemi ad entrambi i piedi, porto dei plantari ma purtroppo non ho ancora riacquistato la normale autonomia che avevo tempo fa. Detto questo mi reco nel negozio per caso, attirata da un paio di stivaletti molto carini e decido di provarli. Li sento comodi ma piuttosto duri e quindi espongo alla commessa le mie problematiche e chiedo un parere: la stessa mi rassicura dicendomi che all inizio sarebbero stati magari anche scomodi ma che dopo qualche giorno si sarebbero ammorbiditi e sarebbero diventati fantastici. Ok dico, ma a patto che siano di pelle. Quindi alla mia domanda diretta mi viene risposto: si, sono di pelle. Decido di acquistarli, ben 150 euro. Tornata a casa mi sorge ancora qualche dubbio e controllo su internet: i mitici stivaletti sn in tessuto, la pelle non l’hanno vista neanche passare. Torno in negozio chiedendo il rimborso perché il prodotto non è conforme a quanto dichiarato ma mi viene negato e mi viene fatto un buono. Dovrò tornare necessariamente in negozio ma sarà L’ultima volta, non c è peggior cosa che prendersi gioco di una persona in difficoltà. Experience definitely not to be replicated. Ok I say, but as long as they are leather. So my direct question is answered: yes, I'm made of leather. I decide to buy them, well 150 euros. Back home, I still have some doubts and I check the internet: the legendary sn fabric ankle boots, they haven't even seen the skin pass. I go back to the shop asking for a refund because the product does not comply with what was declared but I am denied and a voucher is given to me. I will necessarily have to go back to the shop but it will be the last time, there is no worse thing than making fun of a person in difficulty.
