Pensate che ridicolaggine , andare dal Giudice di Pace per una cifra cosi esigua...Alla fine ho inviato il bonifico , ma vi sconsiglio vivamente di rivolgervi a questo negozio. Buongiorno, dovendo necessariamente rispondere alla titolare di Tende e Tendenze , posso tranquillamente affermare che il lavoro NON e' stato eseguito a regola d'arte in quanto una volta su due le tende si aprono e si chiudono storte , i cordini si intrecciano e il problema si presenta giornalmente . Non e' assolutamente vero che l'azienda e' intervenuta piu' volte , ma solo un intervento e' stato fatto per mettere in linea il velcro delle 2 tende . Sicuramente il prezzo preventivato e' esageratamente alto ( considerando soprattutto che il tessuto lo ha fornito mia moglie ... ) prova il fatto che inizialmente avevamo commissionato una seconda tenda , ma successivamente rinunciato ( e meno male ! altrimenti avremmo oggi un doppio problema da risolvere ) The owner Teresa is a very rude person and, following my challenge for a badly done job and not solving the problem, she had the nerve to ask me for the amount of € 45.60 through the lawyer Tal Barigelletti!. Surely the estimated price is exaggeratedly high (especially considering that the fabric was supplied by my wife ...) proves the fact that we initially commissioned a second curtain, but later gave up (and thank goodness! Otherwise we would have a double problem to solve today. )

A luglio 2021 dovevo sostituire una tenda da sole, ho telefonato diverse volte, ma la titolare non c'era mai e nessuno poteva farmi un preventivo o fissare un incontro, sono passata in showroom ho parlato con un addetto che, dopo tante belle promesse e rassicurazioni, è sparito. Risultato? Siamo a marzo 2022 (8 mesi)mai più sentiti e mi sono rivolta ad altri ovviamente. Ma se non eravate interessati non era meglio dirmelo subito senza perdere tempo in due? Comportamento vergognoso e del tutto evitabile I could give zero stars.
