Il giorno del montaggio della pergola sono stati puntuali, veloci e hanno fatto un buonissimo lavoro! Ci siamo trovati così bene che appena possibile faremo un altro lavoretto. Simona poi mi ha aiutato con tutte le pratiche da svolgere. Consigliatissimo!!! We got to know this company through word of mouth. From the first appointment we understood Marco's great professionalism. The day of the pergola assembly they were punctual, fast and did a very good job! A	Andrea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso non esprimere una valutazione negativa dopo la mia esperienza. Ho fatto fare una pergotenda che è stata conclusa a dicembre 2019 non senza problemi. Fin da subito ho avuto un problema con la condensa che per fortuna dopo quasi 6 mesi è stata risolta con l'applicazione di un telo sotto la pergotenda. Poi ho dovuto tribolare per farmi sostituire una tenda verticale perché arrivata spiegazzata in malo modo ed anche qui non senza problemi e non in tempi brevi. Tutt'oggi, anzi fino a ieri, avevo due perdite che mi sono portato dietro da più di un anno ricevendo un primo tentativo di risoluzione andato male e che, dopo diverse chiamate e messaggi ancora non mi è stato risolto, o meglio, l'ho risolto chiamando un altro ed a mie spese. Devo ammettere che la pergotenda non è male, bella l'estetica sicuramente, ma con due perdite non si può dire che sia stata costruita bene. Ho conosciuto Marco come una persona molto disponibile almeno finché avevo ancora da pagare, poi purtroppo è sparito lasciando il lavoro fatto male e costringendomi a porvi rimedio chiamando un altro. Peccato. Edit dopo la risposta: Mi vedo costretto ad aggiungere la foto della tenda verticale spiegazzata e ci tengo a precisare che la tenda non è vero che non mi piaceva ma non era come l'avevo chiesta e cioè con 1/4 trasparente per far passare la luce, è arrivata si e no 1/10 trasparente per cui mi è stata, giustamente, rifatta. Right from the start I had a problem with condensation which fortunately after almost 6 months was solved with the application of a sheet under the pergotenda. Then I had to struggle to have a vertical awning replaced because it arrived badly wrinkled and again not without problems and not in a short time. Even today, actually until yesterday, I had two losses that I carried with me for more than a year, receiving a first attempt at a resolution that went wrong and that, after several calls and messages, still has not been resolved, or rather, the I solved by calling another and at my expense. I must admit that the pergotenda is not bad, the aesthetics certainly beautiful, but with two losses it cannot be said that it was built well. I met Marco as a very helpful person at least as long as I still had to pay, then unfortunately he disappeared leaving the job badly done and forcing me to remedy it by calling another. Sin. Edit after the answer: I am forced to add the photo of the crumpled vertical curtain and I want to clarify that the curtain is not true that I did not like it but it was not as I had asked for it and that is with 1/4 transparent to pass the light, it arrived yes and no 1/10 transparent for which I was, rightly, redone.
