★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avendo trovato questa azienda in Internet, mi ci sono recata personalmente circa un anno fa per avere un preventivo in merito alla copertura di una pompeiana nel mio domicilio situato a circa soli 10 chilometri dall'azienda. Appena entrata in ufficio, sono stata trattata in maniera fredda e sbrigativa dal titolare tale Simone, il quale si è segnato il mio numero di telefono per un sopralluogo. Mi ha da subito colpito il suo atteggiamento che pareva dovesse farmi un favore. Dopo circa una settimana, una mattina che mi trovavo fuori, ricevo improvvisamente una telefonata da parte sua, il quale mi comunica che, visto che era in zona per delle misure ad una cliente nei dintorni, poteva fare un passaggio anche da me. A parte che ero appunto fuori, ma piuttosto risentita, gli ho risposto che ero impegnata (da quando in qua si contatta una cliente all'ultimo minuto?!? Ma stiamo scherzando?!?). Dopodiché gli ho inviato un messaggio, che avevo già contattato un altra azienda per tale lavoro. In questa ditta a quanto pare devono fare un bel corso su come approcciare con il cliente. Davvero non ci siamo proprio. Non solo non ci metterò mai più piede, ma sono costretta a non fare una buona pubblicità a questa azienda, visto il trattamento subito..Il cliente non è un oggetto e merita rispetto. Grazie.
Having found this company on the Internet, I went there personally about a year ago to get a quote regarding the coverage of a Pompeian in my home located about 10 kilometers from the company. As soon as I entered the office, I was treated in a cold and hasty manner by the owner a certain Simone, who wrote down my phone number for an inspection. I was immediately struck by his attitude that he seemed to be doing me a favor. After about a week, one morning when I was out, I suddenly receive a phone call from him, who tells me that, since he was in the area for some measurements to a nearby customer, he could also make a lift from me. Apart from the fact that I was just outside, but rather resentful, I replied that I was busy (since when do you contact a customer at the last minute?!? Are we kidding?!?). After that I sent him a message, that I had already contacted another company for this job. In this company apparently they have to take a nice course on how to approach the customer. We really aren't there. Not only will I never set foot there again, but I am forced not to do a good advertisement for this company, given the treatment immediately .. The customer is not an object and deserves respect. Thank you.
