Undoubtedly kind and prepared but discounting 1 euro on the overall total of over 300 does not "satisfy" the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato da loro per una routa di un robottino Husqvarna dopo aver spiacevolmente già provato altre due assistenze tecniche Hisquarna in zona Pordenone per altri problemi in passato (ti installano i robot e poi ti arrangi...diffida da chi ha troppi robot da seguire e zero personale dipendente .... ). Dopo aver effettuato un primo tentativo non andato a buon fine mi hanno dedivato un tecnico bravissimo che, senza sovraccosti, ha eseguito un lavoro eccellente con ogni attenzione necessaria. Sono rimasto molto appagato da disponibilità e competenze tecniche.
I went to them for a ride on a Husqvarna robot after having unpleasantly already tried two other Hisquarna technical assistance in the Pordenone area for other problems in the past (they install robots and then you manage ... be wary of those who have too many robots to follow and zero employees ....). After making a first unsuccessful attempt, I was given a very good technician who, without extra costs, performed an excellent job with all the necessary attention. I was very satisfied with the availability and technical skills.
