Un ringraziamento particolare al responsabile dell'agenzia Sig. Michele con la quale ho portato avanti tutta la trattativa, molto preparato e professionale.
Un ringraziamento anche a Cristian che ci ha accompagnato nella visita della nuova casa.

I don't usually do reviews, but in this case I have to report the professionalism of the Tempocasa agency in Mariano Comense, I bought a house through them and I must say that I am very satisfied with how they followed me, always there for every need, prompt answers, always kind and polite.
A special thanks to the manager of the agency Mr. Michele with whom I carried out the whole negotiation, very prepared and professional.
Thanks also to Cristian who accompanied us on a visit to the new house.

In particolar modo il nostro consulente di fiducia, Jacopo, ci ha proposto sempre soluzioni abitative in linea con le nostre aspettative e con il nostro budget. Una nota di merito anche all'approccio che non è tipicamente commerciale, né assillante come avviene generalmente in questi casi. Per visionare gli appartamenti l'agenzia si è sempre mostrata flessibile anche ai cambi repentini di orario, dettati da nostre esigenze lavorative. Altro aspetto molto positivo è la presenza costante anche di Michele in tutti i mesi intercorsi dal compromesso fino al rogito. Andate sul sicuro con loro, perché non interpretano il ruolo dell'agente immobiliare alla vecchia maniera.
The agency followed us professionally from the very beginning. In particular, our trusted consultant, Jacopo, has always offered us housing solutions in line with our expectations and with our budget. A note of merit also to the approach that is not typically commercial, nor nagging as it generally happens in these cases. In order to view the apartments, the agency has always shown itself to be flexible even with sudden changes of schedule, dictated by our working needs. Another very positive aspect is the constant presence of Michele in all the months that have passed from the compromise to the deed. Play it safe with them, because they don't play the real estate agent role the old fashioned way.
