★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovo veramente fastidioso che i VS agenti passino casa per casa a chiedere se ci sono appartamenti in vendita nel condominio. E' capitato più di una volta di dover interrompere il mio lavoro per venire a rispondere al citofono e sentirmi domandare se conosco case in vendita. Ma nel 2021 non avete trovato ancora una valida alternativa al porta a porta?
 I find it really annoying that VS agents go house to house to ask if there are apartments for sale in the condominium. It has happened more than once that I have to interrupt my work to come and answer the intercom and be asked if I know of any houses for sale. But haven't you found a viable alternative to door-to-door in 2021?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’ addetta ha interloquito senza mascherina e mi ha fatto sottoscrivere un modulo liberatorio sulla privacy senza illustralo nei suoi contenuti, tant’è che l’ho immediatamente disconosciuto presso il Responsabile del trattamento dei dati personali, prevedendo la cessione dei miei dati a terzi per scopi di marketing e di profilazione, consensi che io non do mai.
Dal punto di vista invece del servizio specifico ( chiarimenti ed informazioni sugli immobili) nulla da eccepire.

From the point of view of the specific service (clarifications and information on properties), nothing to complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La professionalità di queste persone è pari a zero, non tengono in considerazione nessun pensiero e/o dubbio dei loro clienti. "Consigliano" di fare un colloquio con loro consulente finanziario dove richiede informazioni personali praticamente all'ingresso con le persone che vanno e vengono e questo setting non è per niente adeguato. Sottolineano più volte l'importanza di svolgere tutte le pratiche con loro così si può accedere alla loro "lista dei favoriti", altrimenti si è gli ultimi ad essere contattati.
Preferisco affidarmi ad agenzie immobiliari più competenti e più professionali.
The professionalism of these people is zero, they do not take into consideration any thoughts and / or doubts of their customers. They "recommend" to have an interview with their financial advisor where he asks for personal information practically at the entrance with people who come and go and this setting is not at all adequate. They stress several times the importance of doing all the paperwork with them so you can access their "favorite list", otherwise you are the last to be contacted.
I prefer to rely on more competent and more professional real estate agencies.
