Mio marito ha tardato di 4 (quattro!) minuti ed ha -giustamente- avvertito l'agente immobiliare tramite whatsapp, l'agente a sua volta ha risposto confermando che non c'era alcun problema. Dopo circa 15 minuti di ritardo da parte dell'agente mio marito ha inviato un ulteriore messaggio chiedendo se qualcuno si sarebbe presentato, ma non ha ricevuto risposta. La beffa (ulteriore) e' stata la chiamata da parte loro ben 45 minuti dopo nella quale hanno chiesto se mio marito aveva avuto modo di visionare l'immobile...secondo voi come avrebbe potuto??? Avrebbe dovuto fare infrazione? Noi abbiamo rispetto per chi lavora e chiede permessi per potersi presentare ad un appuntamento: avremmo gradito lo stesso atteggiamento, ovviamente non ricevuto. Per completezza, data la vostra cortese replica, vi garantisco che nessun telefono e' stato chiuso in faccia, semplicemente non avete ricevuto la risposta che forse vi aspettavate. Io quando sul lavoro commetto un errore me ne assumo la responsabilita' e soprattutto non lo commetto una seconda volta, non chiedo certo al capo se sa' cosa significa un rimprovero (o una recensione negativa in questo caso). Sono certa che troverete clienti che hanno o piu' tempo libero o meno difficolta' a prendere permessi e la nostra recensione sara' solo un incidente di percorso. Buon lavoro Today they left my husband waiting in front of a building without communicating that they would not show up. My husband was 4 (four!) Minutes late and - rightly - warned the real estate agent via whatsapp, the agent in turn replied confirming that there was no problem. After about 15 minutes of delay from the agent my husband sent a further message asking if anyone would show up but got no response. The (further) joke was the call from them 45 minutes later in which they asked if my husband had had the opportunity to view the property ... in your opinion how could he have been ??? Should he have infringed? We have respect for those who work and ask for permits to be able to present themselves to an appointment: we would have appreciated the same attitude, obviously not received. For the sake of completeness, given your kind reply, I guarantee you that no phone has been closed in the face, you simply have not received the answer you may have expected. When I make a mistake at work I take responsibility for it and above all I don't make it a second time, I certainly don't ask the boss if he knows what a reprimand means (or a negative review in this case). I am sure that you will find customers who have either more free time or less difficulty in taking permits and our review will be just an accident. good job
S	Serena Accorsi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il caso ha scelto per noi: nel mare infinito delle agenzie siamo stati contattati da loro poco prima che cercassimo noi qualcuno. La presentazione è stata convincente: nessun legame con brand noti, chiarezza e nessun tentativo di "illudere" di poter vendere una stalla al prezzo di un castello. Firmato il contratto subito e dopo una settimana l'immobile aveva ricevuto molte visite e diverse proposte: in pratica casa venduta in pochi giorni (qualcuno potrà dire che la posizione, il prezzo, la manutenzione o altro avrà aiutato e non ci sono dubbi ma sicuramente l'agenzia è riuscita a valorizzare i punti forti e convincere). Nota di merito anche per la gestione successiva alla vendita vera e propria, quindi la produzione di documenti necessari, preliminare e rogito. Consigliatissima! The presentation was convincing: no link with well-known brands, clarity and no attempt to "delude" into being able to sell a stable for the price of a castle. The contract was signed immediately and after a week the property had received many visits and several proposals: in practice, the house sold in a few days (someone will say that the location, the price, the maintenance or other will have helped and there are no doubts but certainly the agency managed to enhance the strengths and convince). Note of merit also for the management after the actual sale, therefore the production of necessary documents, preliminary and deed. Highly recommended!
