Devo, purtroppo, andare contro le recensioni positive. Parlo da cliente da diversi anni (acquisto di 1 cancello carraio, 2 pedonali e un portone scorrevole garage da mt 4). Dopo un intervento di manutenzione ordinaria con montaggio lampeggiante costato 256.20€ (FT960/21) durato circa 3 ore in settembre 2021, mi ritrovo a fine anno 2021 con cancello bloccato. Dopo qualche giorno dalla mia chiamata ricevo l'assistenza. Problema prontamente risolto dal tecnico in circa 2 minuti con la sostituzione di un fusibile da fotocellula, già in dotazione del tecnico.
Fattura intervento €104.92 (FT41/22).
Ora, capisco che il lavoro è sacro e va pagato, ma anche approfittarne in questa maniera mi sembra poco opportuno e professionale, soprattutto visto il poco tempo trascorso dalla precedente manutenzione ed essendo già vostro cliente.
Questa la mia considerazione.

Unfortunately, I have to go against the positive reviews. I have been speaking as a customer for several years (purchase of 1 driveway gate, 2 pedestrian gates and a 4 m sliding garage door). After an ordinary maintenance intervention with flashing light assembly costing € 256.20 (FT960 / 21) which lasted about 3 hours in September 2021, I find myself at the end of 2021 with the gate locked. A few days after my call I receive assistance. Problem solved promptly by the technician in about 2 minutes by replacing a photocell fuse, already supplied by the technician.
Intervention invoice € 104.92 (FT41 / 22).
Now, I understand that the work is sacred and must be paid for, but also taking advantage of it in this way seems to me not very appropriate and professional, especially given the short time passed since the previous maintenance and being already your customer.
This is my consideration.
