Dopo 2 mesi di verifica della gomma posteriore dx che perdeva pressione 0.2-0.3 mbar ogni 2 mesi mi è stato fatto pagare una fattura da 30 euro per dirmi che la gomme era bucata, indicandomi il punto di foratura supposta, con la richiesta di farla riparare da un gommista...: non sono in grado ? Se me lo dicevano subito e mi invitava ad andare da un "gommista" ? O si fa il servizio completo al cliente o si PERDE UN CLIENTE: grazie della poca cortesia dimostrata. L'auto (4 anni e mezzo) è fuori garanzia e, ritirate le gomme invernali in deposito, presso di Voi, mi affiderò ad una officina privata che sappia, oltre a verificare le forature, anche ripararle. Sconsiglio vivamente il servizio di gomme invernali e cambio gomme! Bad figure of the workshop. What if they told me immediately and invited me to go to a "tire dealer"? Either you do the complete customer service or you LOSE A CUSTOMER: thanks for the lack of courtesy shown. The car (4 and a half years old) is out of warranty and, once you collect the winter tires from your warehouse, I will entrust myself to a private workshop that knows, in addition to checking the punctures, also to repair them. I strongly advise against the winter tire service and tire change!

Ci siamo fermati qui per chiedere assistenza vista l'emergenza e abbiamo chiesto di poter fare una diagnosi alla macchina per poter capire la gravità del problema. Ci è stato dato un appuntamento per la settimana prossima. Grazie dell'assistenza! Sconsigliatissimo. We are on a journey, passing through here in Domodossola.
