L'unica risposta è una voce registrata che comunica che l"allarme è in corso". Quale corso visto che il soccorso non è mai arrivato. Vergogna.
An elderly person in need of immediate help during the night does not receive any assistance after repeatedly pressing the emergency call button. The only response is a recorded voice that the "alarm is in progress". What a course since the rescue never came. Shame.
