★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cambio batteria al telefono di mio marito che usa x lavoro. Ci vado sabato mattina e la cambia in mezzora. Torno a casa, lo devo caricare e non entra più il connettore. Chiamo subito e non risponde più nessuno. Lascio diversi messaggi su WhatsApp, loro mi mandano un messaggio oggi dicendo che non è colpa loro, li chiamo e torno in negozio. Premetto che ho dovuto lasciare il lavoro e sono di torregrotta. In meno di un secondo lo smonta e lo rimonta ed è ok. Era montanto male ma non era colpa loro!! E neanche si sono scusati. Che professionalità!!

I call immediately and no one answers anymore. I leave several messages on WhatsApp, they text me today saying it's not their fault, I call them and go back to the shop. I state that I had to leave my job and I am from torregrotta. In less than a second he takes it apart and reassembles it and it's ok. It was pretty bad but it wasn't their fault !! Nor did they apologize. What professionalism !!
