★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reparto telefonia sono in 2 uno dei 2 quello sensa capelli e da licenziamento, manca di rispetto hai clienti, e non conosce niente di telefonia devo essere io da cliente a spiegare il tutto e quello che mi ha venduto non andava bene e sono dovuto ritornare in negozio a cambiare per la sua incompetenza e anche in quel caso se non domandava al suo collega non era capace di rispondere. Non capisco perché fare lavorare persone così incompetenti e sensa voglia di lavorare.

Non do 5 stelle perché secondo me è da migliorare il servizio consegna

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto ben forniti, nonostante il locale molto ampio e spazioso è ben pulito e ben tenuto. Una miriade di merce esposta e prezzi abbastanza competitivi.
Ho comprato un telefono cellulare ed un ragazzo molto educato ci ha aiutato a trovare il prodotto adatto a noi.
Mi sono trovato molto bene nel reparto grandi elettrodomestici, nella fattispecie lavatrici ed asciugatrici.
Mi ha molto colpito un operatore, ricordo il nome letto sul cartellino, Tonino, è uno spettacolo avere a che fare con gente preparata come lui nel proprio mestiere. Grazie mille per averci assistito a me e mia moglie e aver risposto in maniera esaustiva a tutte le nostre domande, mi sono sentito come fossi a chiacchierare con un amico che conoscevo da una vita, ci ha saputo indirizzare ai prodotti più adatti alle nostre esigenze.
Sempre lui mi ha fatto acquistare un piano cottura e mi ha spiegato per benino non solo le caratteristiche tecniche, ma come fare per montare e regolare il tutto.
Sono rimasto davvero contento. Grazie se avrò bisogno nuovamente sicuro sceglierò nuovamente il vs punto vendita, e vorrò avere a che fare con lui ???
