★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, sconsiglio in maniera assoluta questo centro assistenza per la mancanza di professionalità, serietà, competenza e per la maleducazione del personale.
Vi dico solo che ho aperto una pratica di assistenza tecnica per il piano di induzione della mia cucina “Elica” il 13 dicembre 2021….ho chiesto gentilmente di accelerare i tempi perché ho una bambina di 2 anni….ebbene…signori ad oggi, 27 gennaio 2022, non ho ancora i pezzi di ricambio perché per ben due volte hanno sbagliato l’ordine, cambiando versione ad ogni mia chiamata diretta o da parte del centro assistenza Elica di Milano.
Purtroppo hanno il monopolio per l’assistenza Elica in questa zona….e quindi non mi resta che cambiare direttamente piano cottura…veramente una pessima esperienza!!!

Hello, I absolutely do not recommend this assistance center due to the lack of professionalism, seriousness, competence and the rudeness of the staff.
I only tell you that I opened a technical assistance procedure for the induction hob of my "Elica" kitchen on December 13, 2021 ... I kindly asked to speed up the times because I have a 2-year-old girl ... well ... gentlemen to date, January 27, 2022, I still do not have spare parts because they have placed the order wrong twice, changing the version at every direct call or from the Elica service center in Milan.
Unfortunately, they have a monopoly on Elica assistance in this area .... and so I just have to change the hob directly ... a really bad experience !!!
