Ero convinta di dover cercare un punto in prossimità di un'autostrada e magari dover fare diversi chilometri invece con grande piacere ho trovato un punto in via Alberto Bergamini 50 (zona Tiburtina). Personale cortese, risolto tutto velocemente. Punto Blu Autostrade. I need to replace the Telepass. On line è impossibile fare praticamente nulla. Se vai di persona in un loro "punto blu" è molto peggio delle poste. Il personale è inadeguato. Non sanno mai nulla e non risolvano niente. Usano il PC con i loro programmi peggio del mio nonno e dicono di non poter fare o non avere accesso in pratica a nulla e ti rimandano non si sa dove.... Insomma si danno pagare per venderti l'aria che respiri sulle loro autostrade sempre piene di camion, in traffico e poco curati.
