★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentili ma non hanno fatto nulla di ciò che avevamo richiesto. Siamo dovuti andare in un centro Tim autorizzato che ci hanno risolto il problema e anche chiesto, dopo aver visionato la pratica, chi ci avesse seguito......non ci torneremo di sicuro

Dopo 15 minuti di coda con davanti altre 3 persone mi sono rifiutato di aspettare oltre e sono tornato a casa e non è la prima volta. Ho restituito il pacco in un altro centro di ritiro nei giorni successivi.
I went to this shop a few weeks ago to deliver an Amazon return, being DHL pickup point. After 15 minutes of queuing with 3 other people in front of me I refused to wait any longer and I returned home and it is not the first time. I returned the package to another collection center in the following days.
