Impossible to contact, impossible to speak even in person, they don't pay attention to the customers, they don't answer. Easy to have multiple brands and give insufficient service.

Sarà la quinta volta che ritorno nell'arco di questi due mesi, nella sede di Via Cesare Battisti, e sono stufa di fare la strada per niente visto che non mi è di strada ma venivo appositamente. Arrivavo leggendo gli orari qui riportati, e ogni volta il negozio è chiuso! Posti così è meglio che non lavorino se devono prendere in giro il cliente, che giustamente se ne va altrove. Consiglio posti molto più seri o addirittura i cinesi, visto che almeno rispettano l'orario indicato su internet. Negozio di telefonia che non aggiorna gli orari online è ridicolo, mi fa capire la serietà, in più noto molte recensioni negative, ed un motivo ci sarà.
Times never respected! It will be the fifth time that I have returned in the span of these two months, to the headquarters in Via Cesare Battisti, and I'm tired of walking the road for nothing since I don't have a long way but I came specifically. I arrived reading the times shown here, and every time the shop is closed! In such places it is better that they do not work if they have to make fun of the customer, who rightly goes elsewhere. I recommend much more serious places or even the Chinese, since at least they respect the time indicated on the internet. Phone shop that does not update timetables online is ridiculous, it makes me understand the seriousness, plus I notice many negative reviews, and there must be a reason.
