Estremamente COMPETENTE ,gentile ,ed educata ... per quel che concerne Tv Oled mi ha fornito preziosi consigli , sia sulle corrette procedure di utilizzo , sia per scongiurare eventuali possibili danni ... Ci tengo a sottolineare che ,una volta messo al corrente tramite preventivo del fatto che non mi conveniva cambiare il pannello del mio vecchio tv oled, ( che mi sarebbe stato venduto da lei ) poiché avrei trovato , grazie agli attuali sconti di questo periodo i modelli tv oled del 2021 praticamente allo stesso prezzo del costo del pannello , ha continuato per un quarto d'ora abbondante a seguirmi e consigliarmi sull'eventuale acquisto , pur non avendone un tornaconto ! Meglio di così non si può ! Complimenti The lady with whom I had the pleasure of relating, in my humble opinion has provided me with the best assistance received in the last 10 years !! Extremely COMPETENT, kind, and polite ... as far as Oled TV is concerned, she provided me with valuable advice, both on the correct procedures for use, and to avoid any possible damage ... R	Roberto Vergnano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo contatti con l'assistenza LG on line, per un problema di connessione con il mio smartphone del mio smartwatch LG Urbane, come suggeritomi ve lo consegnato in riparazione/controllo ed ho aspettato un mese per ricevere indietro lo smartwatch IRRIPARABILE causa ricambi non più fornibili!!!! Ringrazio quindi x la non rintracciabilità dei ricambi visto che NON erano rotti. Ho risolto personalmente con intervento software open source "fai da te" in quando non ho accessibilità a sistema Wear OS che presumevo voi avreste provato e risolto. Ora funziona ed ho aumentato le mie skill in materia. Grazie comunque Roberto After contacting the LG online assistance, for a connection problem with my smartphone of my LG Urbane smartwatch, as suggested I delivered it to you for repair / control and I waited a month to receive back the IRRIPARABLE smartwatch due to spare parts no longer available !!!! So thank you for the non-traceability of the spare parts since they were NOT broken. I solved it personally with "do it yourself" open source software intervention since I don't have accessibility to Wear OS system that I assumed you would have tried and solved. Now it works and I have increased my skills on the subject. Thanks anyway Roberto

Oltre a professionalità e cortesia, hanno dimostrato qualcosa che fa la differenza: considerazione per il cliente e impegno personale a risolvere il problema, in pratica mi hanno fatto risparmiare un sacco di tempo e di fastidi sistemando l'audio difettoso sul momento!! It didn't solve the problem, but then they sent it and in only eight days it got back with a new mainboard and without any problem. The people at teknovideo are helpful and try their best. I recommend it for Lg assistance issues.
