Domenica scorsa il telefono prende qualche goccia d'acqua e smette di funzionare. Questa volta lo porto in un centro assistenza Samsung che una volta aperto il telefono mi mostra che il signora di i riparo aveva montato un ricambio non originale ma cinese e che il telefono aveva per questo perso ogni tipo di impermeabilità. Telefono da smaltire. Esperienza davvero pessima. I took my samsung s20 plus 4 months ago to change the broken display .. I pay 350 euros. V	Virginia Morra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potessi mettere zero stelle le metterei, porto il mio iPhone 12 ProMax per sostituire schermo anteriore e posteriore. Accetto il preventivo accettando la proposta più costosa aspettandomi una migliore qualità. Passata una settimana vado a ritirare il mio telefono è già noto la prima pecca, mi viene detto che è stato sostituito anche il componente che riconosce il faceiId. Nemmeno una telefonata per avvertirmi dell’inconveniente non da poco per il quale magari avrei anche stoppato il lavoro optando per cambiare proprio telefono. Pago in contanti e non mi viene nemmeno rilasciato scontrino/fattura. Arrivo a casa e guardando il telefono noto che lo schermo e come rialzato, presenta un’alone sullo schermo, va a scatti e mi è stata pure sostituita la batteria con un pezzo non originale, anche qua non avvisata. Riporto allora il mio telefono lamentandomi dello schermo, se lo riprendono per una settimana e ora che l’ho ritirato noto che i problemi sono gli stessi, stesso alone, stesso schermo rialzato e stesso telefono che si blocca… Che dire, bisogna avvisare il cliente di come stanno le cose e non sorvolare su tutto se avessi saputo che gli esiti sarebbero stati questi non di certo avrei proceduto con la sostituzione. Inoltre non è stato dato uno scontrino ne’ una ricevuta dei lavori svolti.Se dovete riparare il telefono evitate di portarlo da loro. Se non si poteva riparare bisognava dirlo prima.
