PESSIMO invece il rapporto col cliente, soprattutto negli ultimi anni -almeno nel mio caso: negli ultimi 18 mesi abbiamo ristrutturato casa ed è stato un calvario: un angolo studio mai terminato, utilizzo di materiale non confacente alla necessità esposta (un massello che si è incurvato perché non ben stagionato e mai sostituito), tre appuntamenti domicialiari disdetti all'ultimo secondo, tempi di realizzazione biblici; la goccia è stata un appuntamento in negozio per il quale ho fatto quattro ore di viaggio nel traffico di dicembre per trovare il negozio chiuso, senza alcun preavviso. L'azienda lavorerà anche bene ma da cliente pagante (mai storto il naso davanti a un conto) sono stato trattato a pesci in faccia. Non tornerò. Ho commissionato un mobile per la cucina di casa mia mi sono trovato davvero bene rapidi e puntuali nel montaggio e negli appuntamenti. Ci ritornero' sicuramente. I have known the carpentry shop and have been present in the neighborhood for many years, I have always enjoyed affordable prices and very durable materials. I commissioned a piece of furniture for the kitchen of my home and I found myself very well quick and punctual in assembly and appointments. I will definitely be back.
