Ottima, infatti la sua intermediazione tra me e la casa madre Focus Italia, tanto che la stessa, assicuratasi che la bici da me acquistata presentava degli evidenti difetti di fabbrica, ha voluto dirimere la controversia proponendomi a parità di prezzo, una versione superiore rispetto a quella da me acquistata. Tutto questo grazie alla professionalità del rivenditore.

Excellent, in fact, its intermediation between me and the parent company Focus Italia, so much so that the same, having ensured that the bike I purchased had obvious manufacturing defects, wanted to settle the dispute by proposing to me, at the same price, a superior version compared to the one I bought. All this thanks to the professionalism of the retailer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza!!! Concessionario Fulcrum, richiesti i cricchetti di ricambio mi ha portato avanti 2 mesi senza peraltro ottenere i ricambi! Assoluta mancanza di rispetto sia per il cliente che per l'azienda Fulcrum!
Bad experience !!! Fulcrum dealer, requested spare ratchets took me 2 months without obtaining spare parts! Absolute lack of respect for both the customer and the Fulcrum company!
