★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la mia prima esperienza MTB mi reco per l'acquisto di un paio di scarpe spd e mi rifilano quelle disponibile non curandosi della mia pianta larga. Morale della favola al momento calzava bene ma appena inizio l'allenamento dolori allucinanti. Scarpe inutilizzabili, buttate 100,00 euro. Chiedo se era possibile la sostituzione, con savoir faire, al momento si rendono disponibili ma attese di giorni le scarpe sono utopia, li contatto e con la scusa del covid asseriscono che non sono disponibili e che mi avrebbero ricontattato. Tento un'altra volta ma stessa scusa. Sono trascorsi mesi ed ancora aspetto. Serietà zero mai più.
my first MTB experience I go to buy a pair of spd shoes and they trim the available ones regardless of my wide plant. Moral of the story at the time it fit well but as soon as I start training hallucinating pains. Unusable shoes, 100.00 euros thrown away. I ask if it was possible to replace them, with savoir faire, at the moment they become available but waiting for days the shoes are utopia, I contact them and with the excuse of the covid they assert that they are not available and that they would contact me again. I try again but same excuse. Months have passed and I am still waiting. Zero seriousness never again.
