★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza molto negativa, ho acquistato olio minerale bianco ed è arrivato aperto senza scatola è c'era almeno 1 litro in meno, ho contattato la teknoagri ma dopo tante promesse nulla di fatto. Non la raccomando.
Rispondendo alla sua....... Vi ho inviato diverse mail a cui voi avete risposto che avresti contattato il corriere è mi avresti risarcito per il danno. La tua risposta non è corretta è tú lo sai, adesso lo sanno tutti, prima di rispondere avresti dovuto investigare ma questo lo fa solo chi vuole che la verità venga fuori. Mi dispiace per il tuo comportamento. Arrivederci.
Very negative experience, I bought white mineral oil and it arrived open without the box and there was at least 1 liter less, I contacted teknoagri but after many promises nothing happened. I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C’è stato un ritardo con un pacco, ma l’amministratore dell’azienda mi ha contattato dopo richiesta di spiegazioni via mail per chiarire la situazione. Ovviamente la cosa è stata apprezzata e la situazione chiarita.
Consigliamo però l’azienda di evidenziare nel sito, che la spedizione espressa richiesta il venerdì per il sabato potrebbe non essere rispettata per cause non imputabili a loro, ma al corriere, evitando così spiacevoli conseguenze per chi come me ha un’azienda ed è soggetta a specifici trattamenti in determinate tempistiche. Ora attendiamo il pacco, ma la telefonata chiarificatrice è stata apprezzata.

However, we recommend the company to highlight on the site, that the express shipment requested on Friday for Saturday may not be respected for reasons not attributable to them, but to the courier, thus avoiding unpleasant consequences for those who like me have a company and are subject to specific treatments at certain times. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato un diserbante il 06/04/2022 e dopo 15 giorni sollecito con una mail per il mancato arrivo, mi rispondono che ho inserito un indirizzo sbagliato.
Controllo l'ordine ma l'indirizzo è giusto rispedisco una mail con la copia dell'ordine riferendo che l'indirizzo è corretto, mi rispondono immediatamente dicendo che hanno notato e avrebbero chiesto al corriere lo storno della spedizione a loro addebitato.
Oggi 03/05/2022 mi arriva una mail con il rimborso del prodotto meno le spese di spedizione dicendo che è stato rifiutato quando il prodotto non è mai arrivato.
Ora inizio a capire perchè Amazon fa chiudere i negozi.
