M	Michele Candida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza piu' che negativa, mi hanno rubato 45 euro per una inesistente riparazione di un decespugliatore, dicendo di aver sostituito filtri e pulito il carburatore che comunque gia' precedentemente era stato pulito. Il guasto vero era il filo dell'acceleratore che si stava sfilacciando e non dava potenza al mezzo che non aumentava di giri. Hanno semplicemente avvitato la vite della potenza e in cinque minuti me lo hanno riconsegnato peggio di prima. Ditta assolutamente senza professionalità e serietà. Ottimamente fornito di prodotti di qualità, l'assistenza, benché duri un po' troppo il tempo di stazionamento in officina, è molto efficace e professionale. È un po' caro soprattutto sui device a più basso costo (zappe, vanghe, scale) e sull'assistenza (è irritante il conto fatto a occhio sulle riparazioni!). Mi dico ogni volta che porto un mezzo in riparazione che devo cambiare officina, ma poi non lo faccio, ci sarà un motivo! Va benissimo.Non ci vado più De Lucia. They asked me 60 euros to clean the carburetor of a brush cutter (new I spent 90 euros). I had the mechanic clean it for 10 euros.
