A	Antonella Convertini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non fa certo onore al marchio TEGE avere una commessa maleducata, strafottente e incapace: la 'commessa' bionda che lavora presso il negozio Tege in Conforama di Fasano farebbe bene a prendere lezioni su come si servono i clienti. Delle piccole regole che, seppur ovvie, sembrano siano argomenti sconosciuti per la nota 'commessa', regole di condotta e professionalità : in caso di lamentele/contestazioni post vendita per evidenti vizi del prodotto il cliente deve essere ascoltato e rimbordorsato o soddisfatto comunque con le dovute spiegazioni sul difetto rilevato sulla merce, viceversa ci si è trovati di fronte ad una persona che è solo stata in grado di sbuffare, fare gesti offensivi non opportuni, spostandosi nel retro del negozio lasciando dunque il negozio incustodito e la clientela in attesa. Si fa espresso appello ai responsabili/direzione di intervenire affinché venga garantita la soddisfazione del cliente. Chiesi di parlare con un responsabile ma mi è stato negato, non mi ha voluto nemmeno dire come si chiama. Esperienza surreale, ci sono tante persone che sanno fare bene questo lavoro, prendete loro e lasciate stare quelle, come questa, che al massimo fanno la presenza, oltretutto nemmeno piacevole dato il ghigno di chi di lavorare non ne ha proprio voglia, figuriamoci di vendere！ Bad experience scarpe Shoes will also be beautiful, but having to deal with a rude, arrogant and unprofessional saleswoman （has curly brown hair） who doesn't know how to do her job, it's not worth the candle.
